What is Custom Wine, and how long does it take to make?

OC Custom Wine buys grapes from premier vineyards in Napa Valley, Sonoma, and the Central Coast. Our wines have repeatedly won awards at the Orange County Fair, and the Los Angeles County Fair. For our Red Wines, we crush, ferment, press, and barrel age in oak for 2 years or more. You taste the wine that we started making 2 or more years ago, before you even knew we existed. We just haven't bottled it yet. That is where you come in. You taste the wines we have made direct from the barrel. Based on what you like in a wine, we will create a wine for you by blending wines from the different barrels to match your taste preferences. You get to bottle the wine the same day you taste it, and if you want you can make a custom label to put on to your custom wine.

How Many People Can I Bring?

From just 1 person to 60, we'll be happy to help you. If you are going to come in with more than 8 people, you might want to call ahead. We can make special arrangements for you like providing hor'dourves, made by our very own chef, to go along with your tasting.

Can I hold my next event at the winery?

Absolutely. We have hosted birthday parties, bachelorette parties, anniversary parties, rehersal dinners, corporate board meetings, charity fundraisers and more. Let us do all the work, while you enjoy an amazing evening with great food and an amazing winemaking experience.
