We've spent the time walking the vineyards, harvesting the grapes, and making the wine. We've even barrel aged it in premium oak barrels for 2 - 3 years. You get to come in, and do the fun stuff. Taste wine out of our barrels and decide which barrels to blend your own personalized wine from. You don't need to buy a whole barrel, you can make as little as one bottle if you wish - or none at all if you just want the experience of tasting, but not the bottle.
